Delivery information The Sound Of Cymbals / Food4mind Shipping and all other logistical, financial and administrative handling are done by Food4mind, owner of The Sound Of Cymbals. Postage costs Shipping within the Benelux and Germany is free for orders above €100, shipping costs below €100 are €9.95. Shipping costs will only be charged once per order. If you pick up the products, you will of course not be charged any shipping costs. We do not pay packaging costs or administration costs. For shipping costs to countries other than the Benelux and Germany, you can see the shipping costs in the shopping cart. Partial deliveries If you order multiple items, some of which are in stock and others have a specific delivery time, we will ship the in-stock portion immediately after your payment and the other items will be sent as soon as possible. Without extra costs of course! However, if we believe that it would be better to send everything in one go, we reserve that right and will do so after contacting you. Prices The prices stated are in Euros and include VAT. A VAT specified invoice is sent as standard upon delivery. Delivery time As soon as we have received the amount due in our bank account, items that we have in stock will be sent to you. By post or DHL or another carrier, it will take 1 to 2 working days within the Netherlands before the ordered product is delivered to you. For Belgium and other European countries, the delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. If you paid via iDeal, stock items will be shipped the same day if possible! An indication of the expected availability is stated as standard in the product information on our website. Please note: this is only an indication. We do our utmost to state this as truthfully as possible and to keep it up to date. Situations can always arise whereby the stated availability is temporarily different than stated. We will always inform you of this as soon as possible. If an item you ordered is not in stock, the following applies: You will receive an order confirmation after you have ordered. If you pay this immediately, the ordered item will be sent to you immediately upon receipt. In the event of very long delivery times (longer than 3 weeks) or emergencies, we will contact you to discuss the matter. Payment If you come to pick up the order - make an appointment first! - you can pay in cash. Furthermore, we work exclusively with professional parties to process bank payments, iDeal payments, credit card payments and other forms of payment. This notification has no additional benefits for the customer or us. Discontinued It may happen that an item is unexpectedly no longer available. In such a case you will be notified and the amount you paid will be refunded. Returns If you do not wish to purchase a product for any reason, you have the right to return the product to us within fourteen (14) days after delivery.
